BEFORE CONVOCATION
	To graduate you must register online by October 18, 2024
	You must verify your name for graduation by October 18, 2024.
	Complete all degree requirements.
	Contact your Course Advisor and Training Officer if you wish to verify your eligibility to graduate.
	Check dates for your convocation.
	Collect your gowns from Broadband lab, Dept of EE on October 22, 2024.
	Invitation cards are required for the Convocation. Cards will be available from Invitation Committee.
	If you are not attending the ceremony, please inform Convocation Coord Office.
DAY OF CONVOCATION
	Arrive MCS at 0800 hrs.
	Parking: Guests should park at the parking area opposite to MCS Gate No. 2. Parking in these lots will be free of charge on a first-come first-served basis.
	Please bring along your National ID cards.
	Follow the dress code as given below: For Gentlemen: Black or Dark Grey Lounge Suit with Black Shoes Oxford Pattern. For Ladies: Sober color Shalwar Kameez with Black Shoes without heels.
	Graduating students should wear their gowns and hoods before entering the auditorium.
	Graduating Students should line up in front of the Arena prior to the ceremony at 0900 Hrs.
	Leave personal belongings with relatives prior to entering the auditorium.
	Deposit your cell phones at the Entrance counter after security checking.
	Graduates will be given instructions regarding the procession at this time.
	You may ask the orator assigned to your row about reviewing the pronunciation of your name once you receive your name card.
	You will be marched in the convocation hall at sharp 0930 Hrs.

AFTER CONVOCATION
	Just after the convocation you need to gather for the group photograph with Chief Guest and faculty.
	Following the ceremony, the graduating students, their parents and guests will be served refreshments at the central ground.
	Rentals gowns and hoods must be returned on the same day after the ceremony.
	You can get softcopy of group photograph and other photographs taken during the convocation ceremony
	For hard copy of photographs you need to contact the MCS Photoshop.

BEFORE CONVOCATION
	Guests, please bring this checklist with you to the ceremony, along with your invitation cards.
	Double-check the date on your invitation card(s) for convocation.
	Please do not bring kids below age 12 to the ceremony.
DAY OF CONVOCATION
	Arrive MCS at 8:30 hrs.
	Follow the dress code as given below: For Gentlemen: Lounge suit / Shalwar Suit with Waist Coat / Closed Collar / National dress. For Ladies: Own choice.
	Parking: Guests should park at the parking area opposite to MCS Gate No. 2. Parking in these lots will be free of charge on a first-come first-served basis.
	Parents must go to inside Arena for the convocation ceremony.
	Guest, are advised NOT to bring camera and mobile phones or personal belongings in the auditorium.
	Food and beverages (other than bottled water) are not allowed in the auditorium.
	Ceremony will be 1 hour and 30 minutes in length.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER CONVOCATION
	Guests are requested to remain seated after the procession marches out and gathered for the group photograph with the chief guest.
	Please gather outside the auditorium to meet your graduate after the group photograph is finished. Immediately following the group photograph the refreshments will be served in central ground for graduates and their guests.
	College photographer will be available in front of CS department for individual photographs. Please gather along with your graduate for photo session. Payment for these photograph is not covered under registration fee.
