Rehearsal Program
All students are instructed to attend all the rehearsals. Students not participating in all the rehearsals will not be allowed to attend the convocation.

Note:
- All students are instructed to maintain discipline and ensure matured and graceful
conduct commensurate with event.
- No cell phone, hand bags and digital devices to be brought inside the auditorium.
- Collect your convocation attire (caps, gowns and hoods) from your respective stall (UG/EE, UG/CSE or PG/EE/CSE/IS), setup within Engineering Wing labs on October 22, 2024 (before full dress rehearsal)
- Students must Register Online by
October 13, 2024 (11:00 Hrs).
- Students not clearing their dues will not be allowed to participate in the convocation.
- Please bring along your invitation and National ID cards.
Dress:
- For Boys: Black or Dark Grey Lounge Suit with Black Shoes Oxford Pattern.
- For Girls: White/ sober colour Shalwar Kameez with Black/ White Shoes without heels (high heels are not allowed).
