Students need to be registered online in order to attend the convocation & also they have to provide necessary details which are mentioned in the Online Registration Form.

Please make sure that following information is readily available to you for processing of Online Registration:-

1. Your NUST Registration No without zero prefix (e.g. If your reg no is 00000123034 then enter only 123034)
2. Mailing Address
3. Contact Telephone Numbers (Residence/Office/Mobile)
4. Email Address (on which you will be contact/intimated about convocation ceremony)
5. Soft copy of your recent photograph (Passport Size)
6. Name of Guest(s)/Parent(s) as per CNIC, and their CNIC No.
