Guest Information for Graduating Students

Each graduating student is permitted to bring 2 guests for the convocation. Additional guests (max 3 per student – on first-come first-serve basis) will be charged @ PKR 3000/- per guest.

Important Note

Students are requested to please ensure correct entry of CNICs of all guests (including additional guests) in the registration link.
Due to limited number of seats, additional guests will be accommodated on first-come first-serve basis.

In case of any inconvenience during submission of Online Registration Form, please send email to,
Email: support.cms@mcs.edu.pk; In email, please write your complete name, registration number and CNIC number alongwith the query or error screenshot.

Note: Please enter NUST Registration No without zero prefix. e.g.

If your reg no is "00000118820" you should write it without zeros like "118820"

Instruction for Graduating Students

Children under 8 year are strictly not allowed during the proceedings of convocation.
Possession of Mobile phones during the proceeding are not allowed with in Qasid hall.
Additional guests will be charged with Rs 3000/- each.
Dress Code Graduating Students
- Boys - Black or Dark Grey Lounge Suit with Black Shoes Oxford Pattern.
- Girls - White Shalwar Kameez with Black/White Shoes without heel.
- Improper dress students will be restricted access and denied degree and convocation participation.
Graduating students must attend all rehearsals, while full dress rehearsal will be attended by Comdt. Invitation cards will be handed over to the students after 3rd rehearsal.
